Dear sir,
My name is v.suresh kumar and iam sending this complaint regarding the not working of the BSNL broad band services at my home for last 4 weeks and the telephone is on my fathers name and even after complaining there is no response from the BSNL and they are so careless and not at all bothered to attend the complaint and every month the same thing happens and even inspite of complaining about this many time nothing is been still done and without any services provided iam unnecessarily palying the bills everymonth so if this is going to complaint i would have to go to the consumer court regarding this problem so kindly do something about this befor the matter gets deteriorated.
