New connection problems!

I booked for new landline and broadband connection on 07.01.2008; (Consumer No. 49496917), Waitlist No. RTN/NON OYT GENERAL / 57552. It is inform this type of connection would be available within about 1 week. Since, i have not been provide with the line, I request you to kindly look into the matter and get the connection at the earliest and oblige.
