The Broad Band Connection to my telephone No. 080-26688890 has not been working for the past threee days. On 12.7.2008 a complaint was lodged and a docket number 0583 was given. after sometime some one from the department called and enquired about the nature of the problem. He waws told clearly that Broad Band connection was not working. Thereafter there was noa call from any one and the defect has not been rectified so far. Anotther complaint has also been lodged for the same problem. will the authorities look into this please urgently.
