New Telephone Connection not yet provided

I have registered for new telephone connection along with broadband connection vide appliation No. APP910432 Waitlist No. RRN/NON OYT GENERAL / 7668 on 22nd July till date i had not received the new telephone connection, please look into the matter and provide service at the earliest
