Non functioning of landline phone

I have a landline of no. 273297 naming anil kumar it is non functioning from past 20 days i registered the complaint in nearest exchange bharari but no result found the exchange persons are non serious to solve the problem as i pay the bill regularly kindly solve my problem i shall be thankful to u for this.
