Shifting of BSNL landline from Bellandur to Ananth nager (EC)

Hi

I have submitted an application for the shifting of my telephone (08025740380), nothing has been done, not able to track the status from any where. Its alomost 3 weeks nothing is being done till now.

I hope if the shifting is done, BSNL department wont come up with some bill for the period in which i didnt use my phone.
