The b band link to me gets frequently disconnected especially in the morning hours from0630hrstill0800hrs.this is a daily affair.repeat daily affair.the day and date may falter but not the failiure of linkage of bsnl b band.it is disgusting.for the past two months almost on every thirdday i have complained to bsnl call center at tiruchirappalli in the state of tamil nadu but to noavail.only a poor line man was sent 2or 3 times who tried his limits but unable to do any thing.it seems every thing ends up at that level it self, because after that i was only getting phone calls from kk nagar telephone exchange in the afternoons when there was no problem.when the complaints are repeated it is said they say they are surprised and puzzled about it.lately on 1st september night between1015hrsand1045hrs tere was no linkage and again on 2nd sep morning from 0630hrs to0800hrs it was delinked and the problem continues even now during my typing this grievance letter.it is a persisting problem.i sincerely hope ther still might be some soul to redress customer grievances, else i am left only to prey grahambell for the same.
