Around one year back I have taken BSNL broadband connection. Since begining it is not working properly. It use to be out of order for at least two weeks in a month. I regularly visits to Telephone exchange Lonavla for complaint. The Technician visited to me at least half dozen time, ever time he says "your line is faulty, I shall visit with lineman and disappears". No body is attending complaint even taking complaint on phone (Telaphone line is always busy or tempararily out of order". or computer complaint at Telephopne No. 198.

As regarding bill it is very punctual for standatrd monly charges, which runs to at least Rs. 350/- per month even without providing service.

Will BSNL take note of this and look into the matter seriously.
