Dear Sir,
I am facing problem in Broadband speed it's take a long time to open a site, as per the plan commited speed which is 512 kbps, against that, I just recieve 70 kbps to 80 kbps speed
You are requested to solve my problem either it's releted to ADSL link or port or any other releted to speed. I have make a online complaint on 198 and 1957 but it's not responding till date.
Actualy I have paid one year advance payment for this particular plan, but I am so confuse now what to do if that problem will continue for long time.
Need your kind co-operation and suggestion.
