BSNL BROADBAND-250
SERCICE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY

Dear sir madam,

I am Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Tehal Dass, user of BSNL Phone No-0161-2311609 and Broadband-250 package. My internet conection is not working properly, when i connect, it display message 'due to error no 815, server is not responding'. I am sorry to complaint that instead of my personal visit to your Ludhiana office, Rishi Nagar my complaint is not solved yet. you are requested to do the needful as early as possible, otherwise i have no option to quit your service.
