I am not able to connect to my office sites hrm.egovernments.org and bugzilla.egovernments.org which are hosted to '118.102.160.130' even with ip address also. I am not able to connect to the below series of public ip addresses

Which are all related to my office public ip addresses
This i already given complain via phone on 21st of this month.
I met and spoke to JTO of BTM Exchange office, problem was not solved and those guys forwarded the complain to Hosore office Mr. Rajasekharan and i have directly spoke this guy on phone no : 080-26686800. Still the problem was not resolved. Please do needfull
faster response appreciated.
