BSNL Broadband and landline
Landline dead for more than 3 months

My BSNL telephone was dead for more than 3 months. And nobody has attended to fix the problem despite of my complain and to Area manager and DGM (NS). I have been paying the rentals. I also have dataone connections.

Now i need the problem to be sorted out at the earliest and want complete refund of my bills for the said period.
