Dear Sir,

This is with ref to my earlier mail, my no 0120-2649400 earlier 0120-2628400 changed due to exchange changing as per BSNL Ghaziabad.

My no and internet connection on this phone is dead from last 3 months. I

tries each and every person there in Gzb Exchange (SDO Mr. Rathi /////

Mr Sanjeev -JTO, Area Manager -Mr. Ramit Morya//// Even DE Mr. Rajender Prasad-I think who is on leave) and almost all small people from people to Engineers, always NO REPLY and ONLY " WE ARE LOOKING IN TO MATTER", CALL ON THIS NO answers I heard.

All people are in this exchange as per my opinion are Lazy Duffers and should be kicked out of the department if I would have been the HOD of the Department.

This is my last mail to the department, look in to the matter and try to solve this otherwise return my deposit money and take your Bull Shit Phone and Modem from my home ASAP. Each and every day I am frustrated and almost wasting my 10-15 calls from my mobile no.

Your people are not picking even Mobile no. I hope BSNL provided them mobiles to play games on it.

Your JTO Mr. Sanjeev responded very rudely while listening complaint. Boss we are paying for BSNL services and we are not here to Beg for our rights, we know how to take our rights from other people.

Sir, I am a very small people but advice your department to take necessary action to improve your services other wise a hard time is coming for you and for all of us.

Hope you will act on the situation and will not Respond: we will look in to the matter.

My self Amit Chamola havig phone no 0120- 2628400 before dead. Due to exchange change this no has been changed to 0120-2649400. n this no I am using Broad band connections too. But from last 2 months my land line and broad band connection is down.

I am tracing and calling each and every person in my area, each person is redirecting to me saying that please contact this fellow, please call that fellow. Nobody is taking a responsibility. Even SDO of that are is picking my mobile no. All Lazy Govt employees are sleeping like hell.

Bill from last 2 months regularly coming on time.

Request you to please collect your modem and 4-5 mtrs cable and free me from

this BSNL govt hassles

. If you are not responsible for this complain redirect me to the person who can pick my phone and can solve my problem. No more AASHVASANS I want from these government persons who can not do work. Just do time pass sitting in office and collecting salaries at the end of month
