I have a bsnl landline for broadband purpose but somehow due to its billing process I submitted a request to remove broadband service from my telephone number. and now I am regularly getting the broadband charges and in the telephone bill desk they are not listening our request. Nor their any customer care numbers are working. SERVICE HERE IS TOO POOR
please suggest what approach i should follow. thanks for all your support in advance.
