I am unable to receive bsnal bradband connected since 23.11.08

After great effort I was able to get my complaint lodged vide complain no. EWL-710 after a lot of effort. But till day my broadband problem has not been sorted.

My telephone no. is 01275-246883 if it is not sorted out at the earliest I may be forced to surrender the connection.
