I have a broad band connection at my home since around april.
It has been giving regular problems regards connection but was working fine.
However since saturday 22nd november as I tried to connect the screen showed error 691: which says either my user name and/or password is not correct.
Since then I have tried to contact the customer care end number of times but to no use no one recieves the customer care calls.
please help and advice
My bsnl number is 0353-2501717 from which I access internet.
