Ad behaviour of customer care attendant

I have asked the attendant that i am not able to see my usage details since 5 days he said me that go to your exchange.when i reminded him that it is already 9 pm and tomorrow is sunday he said me that no bsnl staff will help you and see usage in next month since tomorrow is last day and said some bad languages.
