Dear Sir,

I have applied broadband internet connection two months ago. But I have not given any answer. My tel no is 04288 242060. In the local exchange they told me that they are yet to receive the ports. It will come all the way from chennai and after receiving at Salem they will distribute to Pallipalayam. I wonder, while all the private internet providers are ready to provide within 60 minutes when informed, why a large network like BSNL cannot facilitate this?

This is preventing my children to get equal chance of getting fair educational facilities when the environment is highly competitive. To whom I have to contact and send query and get this done through BSNL - Please specify. Thanks, K Venugopal
