Low speed of internet between 2 A.M. and 8 A.M

Sir,

I have been using broadband connection of Bsnl HOme 500 C Scheme. For the past 2 months or so the server is totally dead between 2 A.M. & 8 A.M. The speed is just 6 to 7 Kbs and due to this I am unable to download anything. I have given complaints but nothing has been done. After 8 A.M. the server speed is good. So is this being done purposely so that we opt for unlimited plans. But we are paying almost 600 Rs. and if we cant download during the free time then what is the use. Please see that something is done soon or else I have no option but to to to the Consumer Court. I have waited patiently for 2 months. This problem is not only for me but for many broadband users who are facing same problem. Hoping that the problem will be rectified soon.
