Doubt in respect of billing

Hi

I ve been using 250 Home plan for last one year. Now I am all set to shift to the 500c plan. I applied for the same in October. However, due to some technical trouble there has not been any change.

Recently i received the phone bill for the month of November. It includes a security deposit amount of Rs 500. That's fair. Further it includes a monthly rent of Rs 500. Being asked by me they said that will be get adjusted in the next bill.

I doubt why the monthly rent is Rs 500 instead of Rs 250. Can any one explain?
