Misguiding SMS by Service Provide

In the month October I received a sms from BSNL declearing festive DIWALI offer that is free unlimited download on broadband will be available in the month of Novembar 2008 (Please note that no condition apply msg mentioned in the sms). Again another sms came fron BSNL stating that free offer download is for 2GB instead of 1GB for the mentioned month for 250 usage plane and the same also confirmed by the call center executive of BSNL too.

My usage was 1.78 GB for the mentioned month which was much within the limit for 250 usage plane for that offer month.

But when I receive the broadband usage bill it cost me Rs 618. extra as my normal limit was for 1GB/month.i had to pay extra bill for that misguiding sms by the service provider when i complain to the BSNL Officials in AGARTALA, TRIPURA,

they just appologise only telling that nothing is in their hand, and advise me that if I want I can make complian. This kind of misguiding sms is not expected from BSNL which cost me Rs618. extra for the said month.

please look into the matter.
