I got a broadband connection in August. The billing was normal upto Oct/08 i.e. Landline chrage dataone chrage 250.But suddenly in the month of Dec they have have submitted a bill of Rs.51000/- as arrear as usage charges saying that uses charges were not counted by them due to the software problem in the previous month. Plz advice me what to do.
