I AM USING BSNL 500 PLAN WITH 2.5 GB FREE DOWNLOAD PER MONTH AND NIGHT UNLIMITED (2AM-8AM).

BUT WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD DURING NIGHT UNLIMITED (2AM-8AM) PERIOD MY DOWNLOAD WILL BE HEAVILY, I MEANS HEVILY SLOW.

BUT AFTER 8 AM IT WILL SUDDENLY INCREASES.

I WANT THE SAME SPEED DURING NIGHT UNLIMITED (2AM-8AM).
