I am Yuvi from Chennai. I am having broadband problem for last month, i complaint to extreme level but no use. Few times JE visited my home to check the line but he have no clue why net is not working, basically he is not a Engineer but BSNL promoted him as a JE for the total exchange, if anyone complaints he simply come to that home, will sit infront of computer for few mins and collects 100 or 200 bucks and simply he will go without solving a problem, the same happening for me for last one month. Next senior for him is DE, he is another dawn in exchange he wont pickup a call, he wont answer even i go straight nothing he will do. Incase if he pick the call if we say no net..bla..bla.. he will disconnect the call.
I am looking where i have to book the complaint on exchange, i request central government to take care useless exchange and useless employees, anyone help me how to complaint on the exchange...
