Last more than one year now, my complaints to the concerned people seem to have fallen on deaf ears. The Broadband connection provided to me hardly works 4-5 days a month. The customer complaint number 1500 is useless as it hardly attends. Even if by fortune it attends, the complaints are never redressed. Before writing this complaint, frankly speaking I am waiting for response from the department for a formal complaint made some 5 days ago. I believe this department (Broadband Services) has been created by the government to loot customers without providing any services. Grateful if message is conveyed to the concerned and redressed properly.
