We are using bsnl broadband for nearly six months. In the early weeks the service was so good that we were satisfied and happy with it. But week by week and day by day the service has worsened. Before 2-3 months it started like this... it took more than 30 min to download just 3.5-5MB of files . when we complained them about it they said the download speed would be less even upto only 54kb/s and the data transfer speed is more than 250kb/s and upto 2mb/s . but from nearly 2 weeks its taking more than 5-10min to open just a webpage. Even now we have complained but in vain.
