I am using BSNL broadband since may 08, under the plan UL750 plus, which stated that i will not be charged for monthly rental of landline. but in all the bills received i am charged for monthly rentals also. since last october i have not paid the bill, coz despite my application to AO (cash) dhanbad, the bills are not corrected.
my services are disconnected since december. now i want to discontinue the service but still i cant do it unless my bills are paid.
please help.
