Poor Customer Care

For the past 3 months I've been conctatntly repeating my complaints to BSNL Customer care regardig the poor Broad Band services. My Broad band was unlimite and was unde freedom 900 pack. Always I face the problem of Link failure in the Broad band Service. Often during busy Downloads and chatting times the Link will be off suddenly and I have to restatrt the computer to make it up again.

Even Last week also i lodged a complain to BSNL Customer care (Complain NO:88300809) But till now the problem was not repaired.

Having paid the last 3 bills promptly I was not treated with the best of BSNL service.

I am frustated with BSNL Service and its team leaders.
