BSNL Broadband
Link Failure

I have been using BSNL broadband for the last two years. But presently for about last 6-7 months almost every day the link goes. Regular complain has not resulted into any permanent solution. Everyday after complaining in 18004241600helpline number the officer's from BSNL calls me and assures to give permanent solution but till now there is no result.
