Not getting proper service

I have the connection of bsnl broad band last two years, i pay all bill regularly but i dont get regularly service first six month the service is good but after that i have no word how to explain.

in a month never i recieve ADSL link continusly last 1.5 year i regularly complaint to office but i coundnt gate right anser or service so please please do needful in my favour.

If there is required the information about the officer or lineman i have everyones mobile or land number

but never get good answe
