To muchhhhhh cost and tax

this is venu, from vinukonda, andhra pradesh,

i am useing bsnl boardband bussns plan package, unlimited download.its working very gud.

but package cost is 3300,

but another charges is 500.

am paing monthly 3800 or 3700

i asked the branch manager, her tell me this is bsnl not airtel broadband,

pls take the action sir

airtel, tataindicom, relaince broadband service's provied unlimited plans.

but her take charges 2000

vinukonda is urben area not available in airtel some ext...

am net speed 256 kbps.
