I submitted my application for BSNL broadband connection with Landline, initially they promised "It will come within 15 days" but they didn't give connection after 25 days also. I complained to the officer regarding this he said that "we can't give more priority to the new customers, currently our old customers have cable problem, we can give important to old customers only."
