i m nihal from calicut and i applied for the bsnl broadband connection on 21st april. They offer me the connection within 1week but yet i cant recieved the service. Also i m an urgent customer and i used to complaint about this at calcut palayam exchange (is my telephone exchange) for last 4 days but the response from them is very poor and till now i cant recieved..So you pls consider my request and do neccessery action for getting me new connection as soon as possible..
