Conectivity problem

Sir,

I'm a bsnl broadband user from kerala..

i have a lot of problems with my connection..

the company offers a good speed for the connection ..but we don't get that much speed.

it take a long time to connect with the internet..in case if it is connected ..we can't do anything because the connectivity will lost in seconds... like this our usage will lost in each second without doing any thing..

so please do something to solve this problem..
