BSNL Broadband
No connection

Broadband not connecting. Yellow light (link) is not getting stable most of the time. at times when it is stable then also broadband is not connecting. Getting error msg 815 or 678.

Already complain is placed: complain no. : 2143417.

time limit was given 48 hrs. but till now nothing has been done.

Now even the customer care no is engaged.

not able to contact to customer care.
