Broad band speed very slow

Sir/Madam,

I get new Broadband Connection on 20 April 09 and my Phone no is (0522) 2725121.From the very first day I am Complaining to BSNL officers for It's poor speed. Between 21.04.09 to 10.05.09 I was visited to BSNL office several times and all the officers send me to another officer by saying this matted will be taking care by that officer.after that I mailed to all the high authority of BSNL Deptt. and the result is nothing. Finally I am writing to you for necessary action for resolving my issue.
