Dsl disconnection of broadband connection

I am having Business 750 broadband plan on my landline telephone number 08258272999. This service is provided in my residence "NAMANA' shalini nagara. bajagoli post. karkala taluk, udupi di.-574122. My broadband connection gets disconnectedevery 5 minutes, and the error message what I get is "Server Error". I feel the problem is with either the Modem installed in my premise or the settings. Whenever broadband disconnects, I reboot the Modem and I am able to establish the connection immediately. Like this, every day, I have to reboot the Moden not less than 10 to 15 times. This is causing lot of problems as the broadband gets disconnected while making payment on internet and I am unable to find out whether the payment is made or not. Similarely, whenever I download some files, at the end, the broad band disconnects and I have to restart the downloading once again from the beginning causing loss of time and money. I request karkala BSNL officers to look in to the matter and provide solution so that I get uninterrupted broadband service.i am not good in english please help me. NmanaGanesh.
