DELAY IN GIVING BROADBAND CONNECTION

This is M.Sachidanandan from Tripunithura (Ernakulam). My phone number is 2777210, I had applied for a new broadband connection one and a half months ago, on seeing the advertisement that connection will be given within 24 hours. After a month when I enquired at the exchange they told that my application is misplaced and asked me to give another one. Then I gave a new application and then met JTO, CTO and Divisional Manager and they told me that my application was cancelled because, my phone line is following some older system and has to be modified and give connection in 2 days time.

Then 2 weeks passed and again I approached BSNL and they said all internals are upto date and no pending and your application is waiting for creation and will come in 2 days. Again after 3 days I enquired and they are saying same.

Why these people are doing like these and take this much time in creation process, all are women and will be talking always and discussing family matters and not working properly. I am also a Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate and working as a Software Engineer, I know how silly these things are. They are not doing what they are suppose to and now its been nearly 2 months and still to this date I have not get broadband connection, they are saying within 2-3 days and is going on saying that and now even told me not to come to exchange regarding this and dont call and enquire.

I request necessary action against these people in Tripunithura and Ernakulam Exchanges and give me connection immediately.
