BSNL Broadband
ASDL link goes down after every 5 minutes

I m using BSNL broadband from more than a year. i hv 750 home plan.my problem is that the ASDL link here goes down after 5-10 minutes, i complainted at my nearer exchange (Sanehwal) many times, once a guy from exchange visited my home to check it, but still the problen is not been solved, i m not able to use the braodband for downloading, chatting etc because when i starts, the DSL link goes down, kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible
