No proper internet access for BSNL Brtoadband

I have a BSNL Broadband connection at my home.

Address: #411, First Floor, 10th Cross, 1st main Road, Metagalli, BM Sreenagar, Mysore.

My Broadband connection is not working properly for almost 1 month. I raised the issue to Mr. Shivkumar (Mob: 9449851660) and to Mr. Lakshmikanth (Mob: 9449853636) who are responsible for the Broadband in my area. Both of them didn't help me to sort out the problem and still I'm not able to connect to the internet especially after 7:00 PM every day. Request you to have an urgent attention to the issue.
