Complaint regarding the Broad band Connection.

I had applied for Broadband Internet connection for my home use on 27-May-09. The Order Booking (OB) Number:91509379. After two weeks of applying, I had followed up with the Whitefield Exchange, Bangalore for the installation. From then on I am getting false commitments on the time they are planning to connect.

First I was informed that the installation will happen on 12-Jun-09 or 13-Jun-09 (thought its a Saturday). This didn't happen. Secondly I was given a new date as 18-Jun-09, and the same thing happened. Again a new date of 22-Jun-09, no installation, followed by 23-Jun-09 was also committed. again this was broken. I got a call from the office telling that they will be coming to my house at 8 PM to do the connection. So I had o cancel my personal plans and waited for them. No body turned up.

Today I am in a stage where I cannot decide what to do. I can understand missing the commitment for once or twice. But if it continuously happens then there is a serious lapse from the dept.
