Poor Connectivity No service Back up

I have been using BSNL Broadband connection since october. Not a single ady has passed without he internet connection being cut off. there is no internet conenction since last 3 days and every time i call the JTO at local exchange he gives all false promises that the connection would b restored in 30 minutes but nothing happens. It has become really headache bearing this broadband service. neither i can download anything nor i can surfe the net with a peace of mind. I think peoplr should call BSNL as BOGUS SERVICE NIGAM LTD. All the higher up at BSNL are worthless. I'm giving all the detail regarding my connection.
