I had applied for a broadband connection. In a week's time, a landline phone was provided, since that day, its 2 months, no one came for broadband connection. I do not know my password, no body came to provide the modem. I have tried calling customer care 10 times, they are asking me to buy a spitter, ethernet cable etc. Atleast one person should call the customer, and should tell him the dertails of his broadband. Till today, I have not got the modem and the broadband has not started. Worst experience of my Life.
