BSNL Broadband
Unable to use Broadband Service Since last one & half month

We are having the Broadband Service on our office no. 033-2533-6046 From BSNL, but unable to access the internet since 08.05.2009. We have registered our complaint several times to the local office of BSNL India (Bagbazar Telephone Exchange - Kolkata). Complaint Docket Nos. & Dates are Given Bellow -

W-0509 Dt. 14.05.2009

W-3603 Dt. 18.05.2009

X-2852 Dt. 27.05.2009

Also visited personally & talked several times over phone with the concern person Mr. S.K.Roy (03321051005). But No solution has been provided to us, till date, though we are paying the rental on regular basis.
