Sir,

Its almost ten days that there is some exchange problem as customer care told me.i am loosing the internet connection every fifteen minutes.

daily it take me around one hour to connect to customer care. One technician came down to my residence to fix the issue and finally said there is some problem with my laptop. Now, this is really absurd.
