High billing in broadband service

Dear Sir,

I am using Home 500.I dont download much, but, the bill tells something like BBRNT and BBUSGCHG. They have charged Rs 500 for BBRNT and Rs 438 for BBUSGCHG. Can you give me some details about this, please.
