Snl broadband not working

I obtained BSNL Broadband connection during last week on Pune Phone No 020-26812434.

Regret to mention the connection worked just for 2 days and is lying disfunctional since last 3 days. Repeated calls also fetched No results.

Pl get the fault rectified immediately.
