Broad Band Wireless is not working Properly

Dear Sir,

My BSNL Wireless is not working Propely and when I contacted the BSNL Toll Free No 1600424160029.They Told me to Complaint to 12678.As they are Harrasing me and As I have to Do my work on wireless computer and they are not replacing my Modem as they have given me an old modem. Please take an action aginst BSNL.Thanks
