20% discount to govt/psu emp

I am working permanently with State bank of India & applied broadband connection on 24-03 with a request to allow 20% on broadband bill as per scheme of BSNL followed with reminders dt 19-05-09 &

17-06-09 but sorry to say nothing being done till yet.

Further I also requested in my reminder dt 19-05-09 to give me discount W.E.F. April but I was refused by the accounts official BSNL Mall road Kanpur
