I have a BSNL Broadband connection on Phone number 0120-2417841. The day it was installed it stopped working after 5 days and after numerous complaints on customer helpline and visiting Local complaint office at NEPZ Noida it was not restored for a month. I payed the whole bill for that month, after 10 days it stopped again, so I complained again numerous times but they all gone in vain. So I didn't paid the bill this time. They are sending the bills for each month and I want them to cut my connection but they are saying to pay the bill for remaining three months and than they will cut it.
How can I pay the bill for three months if it is not working from 3.5 months.
Please help
